Pay for the documents you actually capture.
Every paid plan includes a monthly document allowance, and the free one gives you five documents to start. Photograph a receipt or forward a supplier invoice, and Taw reads it, checks it and sends the structured record to your accounting software.
Your first 5 documents are free — no card, no trial clock.

One price per client, paid by the practice.
Run your whole client book on Taw. The practice pays AED 500 per client per month — your clients pay nothing, and the relationship stays yours.

per client, per month

- Minimum 5 clients
- Monthly — no annual contract and no lock-in
- The practice is billed, never the client
Questions people actually ask
- What happens when I go over my document allowance?
- Nothing stops. Captures are never blocked — documents past your allowance are billed per document at your plan's rate (AED 0.25 on Starter and Business, AED 0.20 on Volume) and appear on the same monthly bill.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. Your first 5 documents are free, with no card and no trial clock. They are a one-off — once they are used, a plan starts the monthly allowance.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No. Billing is monthly. Move up, move down or cancel whenever you like — the change applies from your next month.
- What counts as a document?
- Each receipt, bill or supplier invoice you send to Taw counts as one document, whichever way you sent it in.
- Which currency am I billed in?
- AED — the currency of the market your account belongs to. Prices are set per market, so you always see the number you will be charged.
- Does my accountant need their own subscription?
- No. Invite your accountant to your records at no extra cost. A firm that wants to run its entire client book on Taw uses the Practice plan, at AED 500 per client per month.
- What does Taw do with the data?
- It turns the document into a structured, checked record and keeps the original image alongside it, so your books and the evidence behind them stay together. Taw is a bookkeeping tool, not a tax filing or e-invoicing service.
